In any given day or time…

​When I said I love you

It was not a moment of weakness

Or shameful obligation
When I said I need you

It was not an act of desperation

Or a mere pretense
You were a wanderer

Who roamed in far away lands

Did I tied you down?

I thought you would love to feel the soil
I am just a humble soul

But I gave you my body,heart and spirit

Was that enough?

I know not

For old habits die hard

I don’t know what is swirling in your mind
I always choose you
Even When you are in doubt

Even when you look away

Even when you don’t smile

Even when the world hate me

In any given day

Or in any given time

Even when things won’t go my way…
